The villa was lovely and the pool was the highlight for the kids. Booking took a few days of back and forth over email because one of the transfer dates had to change, and that was a bit slow. We went for the Dolomites walking tour in July and it was well run, with a guide who knew the trails. The hotels were comfortable and the packed lunches were decent. One of the luggage transfers arrived a few hours after we did, which was annoying but not a disaster.
I have used them for four trips now and the cookery class in Bologna was the best bit. Booking through the site is easy. The only niggle was that the class start time moved and I had to rearrange a taxi.
