Didn't realise the lift up was so smooth and quiet, you barely notice you're going up at all. We went in the early afternoon with my two kids and they loved spotting the landmarks, the staff were patient with the little one and let us stay at the window longer than the queue would normally allow. Tickets were easy to get on the site and we got through the entrance without much waiting.

Paid for the standard adult ticket on the site, which came in cheaper than I expected for a city attraction. Confirmation email arrived quickly and the entry queue was short. The only small thing was that the gift shop by the exit was pricey.

I've been on a few of these city observation decks and this one is laid out better than most. The only thing that let it down was the queue for the second lift, which took a while to clear.
