I shall say at the outset that I was rather anxious about booking a river cruise through a site I hadn't used before. The arrangements were in order from start to finish. Cabin was as described, the excursions were well timed and the staff on board were attentive without being intrusive. I'd be glad to book with them again.

Third trip with them now and the booking process has got quicker each time, which I appreciate. The only thing I'd flag is the payment page took a bit of time to load on my phone, but once it went through the confirmation came straight away and the details were all where they should be. Happy to go back.
We were after a quiet week somewhere warm after the wedding season wiped us out. Booked a villa in Algarve and the price was fair. The pool was a bit cooler than the listing suggested but the rest was spot on. Support answered my question about parking within the hour.
