I shall say at the outset that I was rather anxious about booking a river cruise through a site I hadn't used before. The arrangements were in order from start to finish. Cabin was as described, the excursions were well timed and the staff on board were attentive without being intrusive. I'd be glad to book with them again.

Found a week in Lisbon through the site and the booking was simple enough, the price was a bit higher than I'd seen elsewhere but the flights and hotel were all in one place which saved me a lot of faffing about.
