Compared with the travel agent on our high street, booking through them was quicker and we saved a fair bit on the same hotel in Cornwall. I've used them for about six years now, mostly for family holidays and the odd weekend away. Every time I've had a question the support team has sorted it within a day, and the reminders before check in have been useful. I'd not go anywhere else now.

Checked a few other sites and this one was cheaper than the rest for the same hotel in Liverpool. Booking was fine but the price didn't include breakfast, which the other place did. Room was clean and the location was good.
Honestly this was my first time booking a trip on here and it was mostly easy. Everything came through in the app and the hotel in Brighton was exactly what we wanted. The only snag was that the check in time shown on the booking was different from what the hotel told us, so we had to sort it with them on the day.
Booked a long weekend in Madrid through the site and the flights and hotel were all in one booking which was handy. The only annoying bit was the seat selection pop up which kept appearing, but I got it sorted in the end. Hotel was decent and the room was clean.
