Compared with the travel agent on our high street, booking through them was quicker and we saved a fair bit on the same hotel in Cornwall. I've used them for about six years now, mostly for family holidays and the odd weekend away. Every time I've had a question the support team has sorted it within a day, and the reminders before check in have been useful. I'd not go anywhere else now.

Read moreBeen booking with them for a few years now, mostly weekend stays in the Cotswolds. The prices are usually a bit lower than the other sites I look at, which is why I keep coming back. Last time the hotel was a bit further out than the map showed, so we had a longer drive to the pub than I'd planned on. Otherwise the booking side has always been solid and the reminders before check in are handy.

I've been using them for close on six years for weekend breaks in the Peak District and it's usually fine. This time the hotel changed the check in time and the site took a few days to sort out the change, so I had to ring them twice.

UniAcco is an online platform that helps students find and book accommodation near universities, mainly in the United Kingdom and several other countries. The company works with purpose-built student residences and private landlords, presenting listings with room types, facilities and location details so that students can compare options before booking. Its service is aimed at international and domestic students who need to arrange housing from abroad or at short notice, and the booking process is handled entirely through its website and app.
UniAcco also offers support around arrival, including guidance on tenancy terms and move-in arrangements, which is intended to reduce the administrative load on students moving to a new city. The site is designed for planning ahead, with search filters for price, distance to campus and included bills, and it is used alongside the travel and relocation plans that accompany a university place.
