Needed to change the date and it was a pain
Needed tickets for a specific date for my nephew's birthday trip so I booked carefully, I know theatre tickets well. When the show was moved, trying to exchange through the site was fiddly and I was sent between the help page and an email address before getting a reply. The refund was eventually sorted but it took a while and the seats I wanted had gone.

Booked the tickets for the whole family
Booked four tickets for the Saturday matinee of the panto through the site and the seats were exactly where I wanted, row F near the aisle so the kids could see without craning. The seat map is clear and the checkout took two minutes. Confirmation email came straight away with the mobile tickets in it, which saved us printing anything on the morning.

The seat map is the bit I noticed most, you can see exactly which seats are obstructed view and pick one before paying. Booked two for a Tuesday evening show quickly between meetings. Only niggle was the confirmation took a few minutes to arrive so I refreshed my inbox a couple of times, but the tickets were there in the app when I needed them.
Needed tickets for a work trip
Needed a pair of seats for a client night at the theatre so the booking had to be sorted quickly. Did it in one go on the laptop. Fees were a bit higher than buying from the venue, but the seats were decent and the tickets came through fine.
Needed last minute tickets for a mate
Needed two tickets for a show on Friday after my mate's plans fell through so I was in a rush. Booked it on my phone on the bus. Tickets came through in the app quickly but the seats were a bit further back than the map suggested, which was annoying. Still got in fine though.
Been using them for years
I have been booking with them for about ten years now and the main difference from the old box office phone line is you can see the seats yourself. This time the fee made the total a little more than I expected, though the seats were lovely. Still prefer it to queuing on the phone.
