The programme of shows was helpful
I booked a matinee ticket for my sister's birthday and what I appreciated most was the clear listing of the running time and interval. The seat I chose was comfortable and the usher was courteous. Everything arrived promptly by email and the whole arrangement was entirely satisfactory.

Needed to change the date and it was a pain
Needed tickets for a specific date for my nephew's birthday trip so I booked carefully, I know theatre tickets well. When the show was moved, trying to exchange through the site was fiddly and I was sent between the help page and an email address before getting a reply. The refund was eventually sorted but it took a while and the seats I wanted had gone.

Booked the tickets for the whole family
Booked four tickets for the Saturday matinee of the panto through the site and the seats were exactly where I wanted, row F near the aisle so the kids could see without craning. The seat map is clear and the checkout took two minutes. Confirmation email came straight away with the mobile tickets in it, which saved us printing anything on the morning.
Read moretickets were fine but a bit pricey
Bought a ticket for a show on a whim and the seat was decent. The booking was fine, the fees were a bit annoying at the end though. Tickets came through to the app straight away so no complaints there.
The seat plan was a bit off
The first thing I checked was the seat plan and it looked good on screen, but the seat we got was a little further back than I expected. Compared with other sites I had tried, the booking took a bit longer to load. Tickets did arrive on time though.
Compared to buying at the box office
Compared with the box office on the high street, booking through them was slower to get the seats I wanted, and the total came to a little more once fees were added. The tickets did arrive by email in good time and the seats were perfectly comfortable. It was fine but not the cheapest route.
