Best place to stay in London as far as I'm concerned, and I've been coming for over twenty years. The rooms have been kept up nicely and the staff remember us. Nothing else to add really.

Breakfast was extra which annoyed me a bit, but the room was big enough for two and the bed was good. Check-in was quick and the card payment went through first time. Good value for a central London weekend, and I'd book the same way again.
Read moreI'd normally book a Premier Inn or similar for a city break, so this was my first time here and I was surprised how much more it cost for a similar sized room. The room itself was lovely, big bed, nice bathroom and the view was a nice touch. The booking page was a bit fiddly too, I had to go back twice to sort out my dates before it would let me pay.

Been coming here for years and it's still a nice place to stay, the rooms are comfortable and the location can't be beaten. Last visit the lift was out for most of the stay and the front desk seemed stretched, which wasn't like them before. Would still come back but I'd hope they sort it.
