The details on the listing were exactly right, and I say that as someone who has been disappointed before. We were met at the door by the host who showed us the heating controls and the nearest chemist. Payment was straightforward and the receipt arrived by email the same day. A pleasant and reliable stay.

Compared a few booking sites before settling on this one, and I went with them because the cancellation terms were clearer than the others. The stay in York was comfortable and the location was as promised. Good value for a short break with my daughter.

Booked a hostel bed in Glasgow through the app and it was dead easy. The dorm was clean and the bunk had a proper reading light which was a nice touch. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly. Would book again for a cheap city trip.

The map view on the search page was what I noticed first, it made it so easy to see where everything was in Bristol. I'd never booked a flat before so I was nervous but the instructions were clear. Stay was nice and the host was friendly.

Needed somewhere to crash after a late train to Manchester for my mate's wedding, and this came up first on my phone. Booked in like two minutes and the place was really clean and easy to find from the station. Host was super chilled and left the key in a box like they said they would. Great little find for a last minute trip, saved me paying silly money for a hotel near the centre.

Book with them. I looked at three other sites for a long weekend in Cornwall and this was the easiest to use by a distance. Filters actually worked and the price shown at the end was the price I paid. Stay was lovely.

Tried another site first and it kept timing out, this one just worked. Booked a cabin in the Peak District in a few taps. Host was quick to reply and the cabin was perfect.

We needed a place within walking distance of the festival site, and this was the only listing I could find that was close enough. The booking was simple and the host sent a useful guide to getting in and out. The house was spacious and warm, which mattered after two wet days. Would use again for the same event.

I compared a few places before booking and this was the one that showed the most useful photos and the real reviews from people who had stayed. The map on the search page made it easy to check how far the place was from the station. Booking took two minutes and the host replied to my question within an hour.

Book it through the site and you'll get a confirmation straight away with the check in details. Used it for a few trips now and the search is quick. Price was fair for what we got.

Booked a two bedroom cottage in Cornwall for a long weekend, first time using them so I wasn't sure what to expect. The booking took about five minutes on my phone and the confirmation came through straight away with the arrival details.

We needed somewhere quiet to stay for my husband's recovery after his knee operation, and a holiday let near the coast seemed the sensible answer. The booking process was clear and the confirmation arrived within minutes. The host had left the place spotless and the instructions for the keys were very easy to follow. We were looked after without any fuss, and I would happily book again.
