Compared three sites before booking a cottage in the Peak District and this one had the best filters. The map view made it easy to find something near the walks I wanted. Booked it in one go and the owner contact details came through right away.

I wanted a short break to mark our fortieth wedding anniversary and was rather unsure how to go about it online. The staff on the phone were patient with me and talked me through the options for a hotel in Bath. Everything arrived in good time and the room was lovely, with a view over the river. We'll be using them again.

The caravan booking page is the bit I always notice, because it shows you the pitch layout and which ones are near the toilet block, which matters when you've got a dog. Good value for a city break and I'd book with them again. Got a three night stay in Manchester for less than the big name sites were charging. The only thing that annoyed me was a £12 booking fee added right at the end of checkout. Everything else went smoothly and the hotel was as described.
