Been using this for holidays for years and the trip itself was fine. The site wobbled a bit when I tried to change dates on my booking, it kept timing out and I had to ring them. They sorted it the same afternoon though.

Compared with booking direct with the hotel I found the rate here was lower and the cancellation terms were easier to read. The breakfast was included, which we had been paying extra for elsewhere. We were looked after very well for the whole of our stay in Harrogate.
