Compared with booking direct with the hotel I found the rate here was lower and the cancellation terms were easier to read. The breakfast was included, which we had been paying extra for elsewhere. We were looked after very well for the whole of our stay in Harrogate.

The booking page was clear about what was included, no surprise fees at the end, and the confirmation came through straight away. Would book again for the price alone.

Sorted with a good choice of rooms and the search filters work well for what I need. I've booked this kind of trip plenty of times so I know what to look for. The only thing that let it down was that the confirmation took a while to arrive, around twenty minutes, which was a bit longer than I'd like.
We needed a hotel for a work trip to Leeds and I'd never used this site before. Signing up took a few minutes because it asked for a lot of details up front, which was a bit of a faff. Once I was in, the booking itself was simple and the room was exactly as described, with a desk and decent wifi. Our company expenses went through without a fuss.
