Honestly it beat the big chain site I usually use for a cottage in Wells, the booking was quicker and I didn't get hit with a load of fees at the end. The cottage was fine, bit small for four of us but the kitchen was decent and the beach was a five minute walk. Would maybe look at them again.

First thing that annoyed me was the pictures on the site made the place look way bigger than it was. The lounge was small and the bedroom was tight. Also the check in time was earlier than I thought and I had to wait around. Not great for the price.

Lovely cottage, the best of the ones we looked at for the money. The other two sites wanted a deposit way earlier than this one. Booking took a few days to get confirmed though, which was a bit slow. Once we arrived it was fine and the beds were comfy.

We have been booking with them for years now and it has never let us down. The cottage in Overstrand is as lovely as ever and the owner remembers our names. Same easy process as always.
