Better than the big chains

Honestly it beat the big chain site I usually use for a cottage in Wells, the booking was quicker and I didn't get hit with a load of fees at the end. The cottage was fine, bit small for four of us but the kitchen was decent and the beach was a five minute walk. Would maybe look at them again.

Fine but pricier than I'd hoped

Compared with a similar agency in the area, this one came out a little dearer for the same time of year. I did appreciate the clear information about parking and the walking routes. Getting a reply to my initial enquiry took nearly three days, which was a bit frustrating. The cottage itself was comfortable and well kept.
