Having booked flights and hotels separately for years, I went through this one for a trip to Lisbon and the bundle came out cheaper than doing it piecemeal. The flight times were sensible and the hotel was in the right part of town. Nothing to complain about and I'd use them again.

Never booked a package holiday before so wanted something that wouldn't be a faff with flights and hotels. The booking took a while because the payment page kept timing out, but a call to them sorted it. The hotel itself was fine and the transfers were on time.

Only niggle was they changed our return flight by about two hours and the email came through at midnight, so I had to ring them the next morning to check it was still ok.
