Lavender Hotels

Compared with the B&B we always used, this place is far more comfortable and the staff are more attentive. I've been booking with them for years now. The price has crept up a little but the standard is still there. Rooms are always spotless.

Got the city room with the balcony for a weekend in Leeds and it was buzzy but still easy to sleep. Booking on the app took about two mins and the check in was quick. Only thing was the wifi kept dropping but otherwise pretty sound stay.

Booked a city centre room for a gig weekend and it was perfect. Easy to book on the site and the check in was quick. Walked to the venue in ten minutes. Nice one.

I've used them for years for short breaks and they're usually reliable. This time the room was clean but the check in took nearly an hour because only one person was on the desk. The price was fair. A real annoyance but not a disaster.

Honestly one of the best weekends I've had in ages. Booked the night before and the app made it dead easy to pick a room. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was proper good, I'd go back tomorrow if I could.

We needed a base near the venue for my niece's wedding and wanted something a bit nicer than a chain. I looked at three other places first and this came out best on location and price. The only thing was the check in desk didn't open until later than I'd have liked, so we waited a bit. Otherwise the room was lovely and very handy.

Good value for a weekend away, we paid less than we'd have expected for a two night stay in the Lakes. Booking was quick and the room was spot on for the money. Checkout was a doddle too.

The hot tub on the balcony was the best bit honestly, we didn't expect it at that price. Booked on the app in about two minutes. Room was a bit small but fine for two of us. Would go back.

The early check in was the detail I noticed most, we arrived at ten and had the room by eleven. I've stayed in a lot of places across the country and this was smooth for a budget option. The booking was clear and the emails were prompt. Good value for what you get.

Worth it for the location, I'd say that's the main reason to pick it. I compared three other places near Bath and this was the best of them. The room was a bit tired around the edges but clean. Took a while for the refund question to get answered though, about four days.

We needed somewhere quiet to rest after my husband's operation and the family recommended this place. The booking was simple and the staff couldn't have been kinder when we arrived. The room was calm and the bed comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

Compared with the last place we tried in the same town, this is far nicer and the staff are more polite. We booked a cottage for a few nights and the arrangements went smoothly. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We'll be booking again next year.

The rooftop bar was the first thing I noticed when I walked in and it set the tone for the whole stay. Booking was easy on the site, I'd never used them before so wasn't sure what to expect, but the room was clean, the bed was comfy and reception sorted a late check out with no fuss. Will be back for sure.

My wife needed somewhere close to the hospital for her treatment, and I've used this company for about fifteen years now for exactly this sort of thing. The booking page has got a bit fiddly lately, it kept logging me out halfway through. Once I was through, the room was clean and the staff were helpful when I rang about parking. Still my go to when we need something reliable near home.

Compared with the big chain hotels we usually stay in, this felt much more like a proper home from home. The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. I'd have expected to pay more for the same, so that suited us well.

The cocktail bar downstairs was the highlight, the staff made a proper negroni. Booking was easy on the app but the room was a bit small for two suitcases. Check in took ages because the desk was busy. Still a fun weekend, would go back.

Compared with the seaside hotel we stayed at last year, this was a bit plainer but more affordable. The booking took a few goes as the payment page was slow. Once we arrived everything was in order. The sea view was lovely in the morning.

Booked a double room for my sister's visit to Harrogate and the process was straightforward enough. The confirmation came through quickly and the room was as described, though the lift was a bit slow at peak times and I did have to wait a while for the staff to answer the phone when I rang about parking.

I needed a place near the conference centre for three nights and had never used this company before. The booking was simple and the confirmation came straight away. Staff were helpful when I asked for a late checkout. The room was well laid out for working in the evenings.

Booked the glamping pod for my birthday and it was so cute. Booking was easy enough on my phone and the check in was quick. Loved the little fairy lights.
