I booked a three night city break to Porto with a hotel and return flights, and I've done a fair few of these now so I know what to look for. The hotel was the right side of the centre and the room was clean, though the bathroom was smaller than the photos suggested. Everything else went smoothly, and the transfer from the airport was waiting where they said it would be.

I've booked our short breaks through them for years now, usually a long weekend somewhere in Europe with flights and a hotel. The package deal we picked for Lisbon was good value and the hotel was just as described. The only niggle was a small delay on the confirmation email, but the phone line got it sorted quickly.

Booked it on my phone in the bus queue and the confirmation came through straight away, no faff at all. Flight was fine too, landed on time in Lisbon.
