We needed a few nights away with my mum who is 81 and doesn't do stairs well, so I wanted a ground floor room with a lift. Found one through the site for a good bit less than the travel agent quoted me, with the train included. Everything matched what I'd read and the room was exactly as described.

Wanted to do something for my best mate's birthday and didn't have time to plan anything. Booked a weekend in Brighton on here in about five minutes and the hotel was really nice. Would totally do it again.
