We needed a few nights away with my mum who is 81 and doesn't do stairs well, so I wanted a ground floor room with a lift. Found one through the site for a good bit less than the travel agent quoted me, with the train included. Everything matched what I'd read and the room was exactly as described.

Booked a short break and then had to cancel, the refund took about three weeks to arrive. The booking was quick and the trip was fine when we went. The waiting around for the money back was the annoying part.
