Needed a trip sorted for six of us for a long weekend so I went looking. Booking was easy on the site and the group chat with our coordinator was quick. The hostel was spot on and the activities were fun. Would book again no problem.
Read moreWe compared it against booking the hotel and flights directly and it came out about forty pounds more for the same rooms. The package did include breakfast though. Service was fine when we rang with a question. Would have been a three if the price was closer.
Read moreWe had not been away together since my husband's operation, and I wanted somewhere calm where we could simply rest without worrying about the arrangements. The booking was straightforward and the team were patient with my questions about accessibility, which I appreciated. The cottage was lovely and very clean, though the check-in window was a little tight for our train connection.

Way better than the big booking sites, I got a real person on email within an hour when I had a question about the dates. Booked the self guided cycling break on my phone on the bus. Route notes were decent but the hotel check in was a bit of a faff because the reservation name was slightly different. Sorted in the end though, and the price was fair.
It was my first time booking a group trip through them and the itinerary was well put together. The coach ran on time and our guide was lovely. My only gripe is that when one of our party had to cancel, the refund took about three weeks to arrive. Still, the trip itself was very good.
Compared with the big booking sites this felt a lot more personal, with a real person answering my questions by email. It was my first time with them so I wasn't sure what to expect. When the hotel dates changed they took a few days to come back to me about the refund, which was a bit annoying. The trip itself was good and the hotel was nice.
