Needed a trip sorted for six of us for a long weekend so I went looking. Booking was easy on the site and the group chat with our coordinator was quick. The hostel was spot on and the activities were fun. Would book again no problem.

Read moreWe had not been away together since my husband's operation, and I wanted somewhere calm where we could simply rest without worrying about the arrangements. The booking was straightforward and the team were patient with my questions about accessibility, which I appreciated. The cottage was lovely and very clean, though the check-in window was a little tight for our train connection.
Read moreBooked a city break and the hotel listed was not the one we ended up in. They sorted it out with a room in the same area by the evening. Staff were helpful about it. It still left a sour start to the weekend.
We looked at a couple of other sites before picking this one, and the price was a bit higher than the cheapest option we found. Once we booked, the trip itself was fine and the hotel was nice. The confirmation took about three days to come through though, which made me nervous as the dates got closer. Got there in the end.
