Sorted, would do again

Honestly the whole thing was sorted, booked the trip on the site and it was dead easy. Guide was sound and the hostel was clean. Went with a mate and we had a laugh the whole time, so yeah, would go again with them.

Needed somewhere accessible

We needed a short break that would suit my husband's knee, so I looked at several options before settling on this. The booking process was clear and I appreciated being able to ask about the rooms before paying. The hotel was on one level which made things much easier. I did find the final price a little higher than I'd seen elsewhere once extras were added, though it wasn't unreasonable.

same as the big operators, cheaper

Having booked with a couple of the bigger coach operators before, this felt much the same for the itinerary but came in a fair bit cheaper. Flights and transfers were all sorted. Guide knew what he was doing and the pace was fine for our group.

Better than booking it myself

Tried sorting flights and hotels myself last year and it was a nightmare. This was way less faff, though the price was a touch higher than I'd hoped for the same kind of trip.

the cruise excursion

I booked the coastal excursion as part of a longer trip, and the pick up point was clearly described in the pack. The coach was comfortable though the seat reclined less than I'd hoped. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Booked the summer camp

Booked my little brother onto the summer camp and the confirmation pack arrived really quickly. Staff were lovely with him and sent photos through the app most days. He wants to go again next year.

The lodge was the highlight

Comparing it to the last cabin trip we did elsewhere, the lodge here was a big step up. Proper wood burner, views right down the valley, and the beds were comfy. Booking was quick on my phone, took maybe ten minutes. Would go back.

The lake day

The lake day was the bit everyone kept talking about, we were on paddleboards for ages. Booking was dead quick through the app and I got the confirmation straight away. Leaders were chilled and the group was really friendly. Would pick them again for another trip.

booked the coach trip

Booked the Lake District coach trip for me and my mates and it was buzzing. Bus was on time, guide was sound, and the hotel was fine for the price.

the walking holiday in Wales

I'd looked at a few walking holidays before and kept coming back to the one in Wales booked through here. The route notes they sent were detailed and the luggage transfer meant I only carried a day bag. Our guide was patient with the slower walkers and found us a good pub for lunch each day. Booking was straightforward and I didn't have to ring anyone.

Not what we were promised

We needed a long weekend that suited our mobility, so we compared a few options before picking this. Sadly the accommodation was not step-free like the listing said, and the coach was late twice. Support took several days to reply to my email. Disappointing for the price we paid.

fine but a few bumps

This was my first time using them, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The trip itself was alright and the guide was helpful. Booking took longer than it should have because the payment page kept timing out. Paperwork for the return leg also came through late.

the lodge was the highlight

The lodge we stayed in was the highlight, with a proper wood burner and views right down the valley. I know the area reasonably well from years of visiting, so I was checking the route against what I'd done before. Pickup from the station was on time and the guide's briefings were clear. Only quibble is the price of the extras felt steep.

Needed a break after exams

Needed a break after exams and didn't want to plan anything. Picked this off the site, booked in ten mins. Bit of a wait for the final itinerary email but fine.

The hotel had a pool

The hotel had a pool on the roof and that's what I remember most. Staff at the front desk were really friendly and sorted an early check in for us. Booked through the site with no drama. Would go with them again.

Needed a break after exams

I needed a break after my exams and wanted something where I didn't have to plan anything, so I picked this one off the site. Booking took about five minutes once I had the dates sorted. The group was a good mix of ages and nobody was weird about me going on my own. We did a day of kayaking and a night market and I'd happily go again.

easy booking, big group

Booking the trip was so easy, took about ten minutes on my phone. We were a big group and the leaders kept everyone together without being annoying about it. Hotels were proper nice and the food was better than I expected. Left a bit of my kit behind on the coach but they tracked it down. Yeah, would go with them again for sure, they know what they're doing and the whole week just flowed.

better than booking it myself

Compared to trying to sort the flights and hotels myself last year this was far less faff. Booked on my phone during my lunch break and the confirmation came through straight away. Only niggle was the app kept logging me out.
