Compared a few crossing sites before picking this one and it came out cheaper than the big names for the same sailing. The booking page was a bit fiddly to get through with the kids' ages, took me a couple of tries. Otherwise the crossing was fine and the ship was on time.

The change went through online but the new confirmation took two days to arrive, and I rang them twice before it showed up. The new sailing itself was fine. Fair enough, but it was a bit of a faff.
