needed it after a missed flight

We needed it after our flight to Faro was cancelled and we were rebooked a day later with no compensation offered. The online form asked for the cancellation letter and our booking details, which I found straightforward enough. Updates came through by email at each stage and the payment arrived within a month. It's not perfect, the form froze once, but it got done.

Form kept timing out on the phone

Filled in the claim on my phone between meetings and the form kept timing out so I had to start again twice. Once I got it through they wanted a copy of my boarding pass which I had to dig out of my email. Got the money in the end but it took a good few weeks longer than the site said it would.

Needed it after a cancelled train

Needed it because my connecting train got cancelled and I was stuck overnight in Manchester. Signed up on the site during my lunch break, it asked for the cancellation notice and I just uploaded the screenshot from the train company app. Took about four weeks for the money to arrive, which is fine. Only thing was the email reminders were a bit much.

Way easier than the airline

Better than trying to get the airline to pay, the airline just kept sending me to their website. Booked it through the app in about two minutes and they took care of the rest. Got paid out without me having to ring anyone which was class. Would do it again.

clear pick after looking around

Looked at three firms before going with them and the price was the same as the others. The form was quick and they kept me updated by email. Got the payout after our Faro flight was delayed.

better than doing it myself

Used to try claiming direct with the airline and gave up every time, this was way easier. Signed up on my phone in the queue for security. Got a text when the money was sent which was nice. Simple.

Good result, a few hoops to jump through

Yes, I would use them again. My holiday flight was delayed by just over five hours and I'd been told by the airline I wasn't entitled to anything. They sent through a form, asked me to provide my boarding passes and a copy of my passport, which I did without fuss. The payment took a little while but it did arrive.

Used them for a third time

Been using them for a few years now, mostly for flights that got cancelled or delayed in the early hours. This time it was a missed connection in Frankfurt and I uploaded the boarding pass and the airline email as usual. The money took longer than the last two times, around six weeks, and I did have to chase it. Still cheaper than doing it myself, I suppose.

Flight delay claim sorted fast

Compared three claim firms before picking them and the difference was the flight delay compensation form, which took about five minutes on my phone. They asked for my booking reference and the airline's delay letter, I uploaded a photo of it and had an email saying the claim was in before I'd finished my tea. Money landed in my account about three weeks later, which felt fair. Would use them again if another flight went wrong.

Got paid for my cancelled flight

My flight to Ibiza got cancelled at 6am and I was so annoyed. Did the claim on the app in bed, took like two mins. Money landed in my account within the week, no chasing. Really easy.
