I booked the coach tour of the Scottish Highlands through their phone line, which I prefer to doing things online. The lady who took the booking was patient and explained the itinerary properly. The coach was clean, the driver knew his stuff, and the hotels were as described. Very pleased with the whole arrangement.

Compared with going straight to the airline I expected to spend ages comparing bits, but the site put the flights and hotel side by side and it was done in about ten minutes. It was a bit cheaper too. First time using them so I'm not sure what happens if something goes wrong, but booking was painless.

Compared to booking direct with the airline this was a bit cheaper and the flights were the same, which I didn't expect. I've used travel agents for years so I know the usual routine. The confirmation came through quickly but the hotel part took a day to show up in my account, which was a bit annoying when I was trying to sort the transfers.
