I booked the coach tour of the Scottish Highlands through their phone line, which I prefer to doing things online. The lady who took the booking was patient and explained the itinerary properly. The coach was clean, the driver knew his stuff, and the hotels were as described. Very pleased with the whole arrangement.

The booking was straightforward and the travel documents arrived in plenty of time. Customer support was a bit slow to reply when I had a question about seat allocation, but the answer was sensible.

Compared to booking direct with the airline this was a bit cheaper and the flights were the same, which I didn't expect. I've used travel agents for years so I know the usual routine. The confirmation came through quickly but the hotel part took a day to show up in my account, which was a bit annoying when I was trying to sort the transfers.
Needed to get to a wedding abroad with two days' notice and my usual airline was full. Used them to find a different route and it worked out. Confirmation came quickly and the ticket was in my email. Only small gripe was the seat selection cost extra and I didn't spot that until the end.
