Compared with the other arena I usually go to, this one is much easier to get into, the security line moved fast. Booked through the site on my phone and the tickets were in the app straight away. Nice one.

Went to a basketball game here for the first time last month and the bit that caught me out was the price of the food and drink inside, it's a fair bit more than the pub round the corner. The seats were fine and the view was clear though. Getting through the bag check took a while as well, but once we were in it was a good night and the kids loved it.

What I notice most every season is how quickly the staff get you to your seat on game night, even when the concourse is packed. I've been coming for years and the season ticket renewal has never given me any trouble. Parking nearby is the only thing I'd grumble about.

Compared with the theatre in town, the seating here is rather less comfortable, but the sightlines for the concert were perfectly good. We booked online and the confirmation arrived promptly. The cloakroom queue was a little slow.
