Bought two tickets for the Saturday gig through the app on the train home and they were in the wallet before I got to my stop. Entry was quick, the staff on the gate were friendly enough, though the queue for the bar was long and I missed the support act. Would still go again.

The seats were fine and the view was clear though. Getting through the bag check took a while as well, but once we were in it was a good night and the kids loved it.

We needed something for the whole family after the kids got into basketball and the season pass made sense for us. We've been holding seats here for years now and the staff always sort any seating issues quickly. Renewal is painless every year.
What I notice most every season is how quickly the staff get you to your seat on game night, even when the concourse is packed. I've been coming for years and the season ticket renewal has never given me any trouble. Parking nearby is the only thing I'd grumble about.
This is still the best venue I go to, and I have been going for over ten years. Tickets always arrive on time and the staff remember the regulars. The bag policy changed recently which was a nuisance, but it has been fine since.
Compared with the theatre in town, the seating here is rather less comfortable, but the sightlines for the concert were perfectly good. We booked online and the confirmation arrived promptly. The cloakroom queue was a little slow.
