Compared a few options first and the direct booking came out cheapest by a fair bit once I'd added up the extras on the big sites. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was properly hot. Checking in was quick and the receptionist remembered we'd asked for a late checkout. Would book again.

We needed somewhere to stay for my sister's wedding as most of the family were coming up from Devon. Booked a block of rooms directly with them and they were easy to deal with on the phone. The rooms were ready when we arrived and the staff helped with the late checkout for the wedding party. Breakfast was good and the bar was busy but well run. Everyone had a lovely time and the rooms were spotless.

Compared with the big booking sites, booking direct with them has always been simpler and I get a better rate. I have stayed with them maybe a dozen times now. Rooms are clean and the staff remember us.

I do like the hotel and the staff were very courteous when we arrived. My only complaint is that the wifi in the room was rather slow, which was a bother as I needed to send some documents. Otherwise the room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

We have stayed here before and it is a comfortable place. The room was clean and the bed was good. The restaurant was a little pricey for a light meal but the food was tasty. Check in was smooth and the porter was very helpful with our bags.

Had a early flight and needed somewhere close to the terminal, so booked this on my phone in the car. Booking took two minutes. The room was fine but the lift was slow in the morning and we waited ages to get down to breakfast. Would be ok for a one night stop.

We booked the superior room for our anniversary and asked for a bottle of something on arrival. It was waiting in the room when we got in and the staff remembered our name. The room was spacious and quiet at night. We will definitely come back.

Honestly the best hotel stay I have had in ages. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the bar downstairs was a laugh on the Friday night. Booked through the app with no faff. Staff on reception were proper helpful when our card didn't work at first and sorted it straight away. Definitely going back for another weekend with the girls next month, so yeah.

Went for the city view room for a long weekend. The view was alright but it was more of a view of the car park and the building opposite. Room was clean though and the shower was good. Booking was easy on the site. Price was a bit more than I'd have liked for what it was. Fine for a couple of nights but I'd probably look at other places next time.
