My first loan went a bit slow
I took out my first ever loan to pay for a university course and the application was straightforward enough. The money took longer to reach my account than the site said, about three working days instead of one. When I emailed to ask, the reply came back after two days and was short. Once the funds arrived the repayments have been fine.

smooth but the app is slow
Got my loan sorted quickly and the rate was good, it's the best deal I found this month. The one thing that bugged me is the app takes ages to load when I want to check my balance. Otherwise it did what I needed.
Decent value, one niggle
The monthly figure was the lowest I found when I compared three lenders, which was why I went with them. Signing up took about twenty minutes online and the approval came the same afternoon. The only thing that annoyed me was the document upload, which kept timing out on my phone, so I ended up doing it on the laptop. Money arrived the next working day.
needed a loan for the van
