I took out my first ever loan to pay for a university course and the application was straightforward enough. The money took longer to reach my account than the site said, about three working days instead of one. When I emailed to ask, the reply came back after two days and was short. Once the funds arrived the repayments have been fine.

Needed it to replace the boiler

Fine but slow to reply
I have been borrowing from them on and off for about six years now and the process itself has not changed much, which I like. Loan came through fine. Last time I had a question about an early repayment the reply took three working days, and I had to chase it by email. The rate has crept up a bit over the years too, though I can't say it's unreasonable.
