Been a customer since they first started and I've never had cause to complain. Last spring I rang about moving some funds around and the person I spoke to remembered my account from before. Statements still arrive on time and the site is easy enough for me to log into.

Pays out what it says and the dashboard is easy to follow. Withdrawing money took about four working days to land in my bank, which is longer than I'd like. Support was quick to answer when I asked why. Would use again.
