Been a customer since they first started and I've never had cause to complain. Last spring I rang about moving some funds around and the person I spoke to remembered my account from before. Statements still arrive on time and the site is easy enough for me to log into.

When it finally went live the portfolio tracker showed a different balance from my bank. Took a few emails to sort out and I'm not sure I'd bother again.

The sign up form asked for the same details twice but that was about it. Fees are on the low side compared to what I was paying before, so it's saved me a bit each year. I needed someone to look over my pension pot after my wife passed, and I've been with this firm since 2009. The annual review came through on time and was clear. The complaint I have is the phone queue, which took over forty minutes one morning before anyone answered. The advice itself has been sound.
