We needed a new supplier quickly after our old one went under and I know the sector fairly well from my job. Signing up was quick and the tariff details were clear, nothing hidden in the small print. Everything has run without problems since.

The sign up on the site was fine and took about fifteen minutes, but the first bill came with an estimated reading that was way too high, so I had to ring them to get it corrected. Ionbox is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom that sells electric vehicle charging equipment, home energy products and related accessories for households and businesses. The range covers portable and wall-mounted chargers, cables and adapters, aimed at people who want to charge an electric car or manage their home energy use with greater control. Customers buy through the website, where orders are placed and tracked online, and the company offers support by email to help buyers choose compatible equipment.
The business focuses on practical energy hardware rather than installation services, so buyers who need a full installation are referred to qualified electricians for the fitting work. Product information on the site sets out technical specifications and compatibility so that customers can match equipment to their vehicle and electrical supply.
