I'd say the verdict is that they are a sound supplier and the radiators are very well made. The finish has stayed nice and the price was very reasonable for the quality, and the order was simple to place on the site.
Read moreGot the heated towel rail for the en suite, it does the job. The finish is nice but the valve fitting was a bit fiddly and the instructions didn't match what was in the box so had to figure it out myself. Delivery was quick though, arrived the next day.
Read moreVerdict is they're a solid supplier, I've used them for a few jobs now and the radiators are well made with a proper finish. Ordering was easy enough through the site. The one thing is the price is a bit above what I'd pay at the builders merchant, and the delivery window was wide, so I'd picked up a day off work to be home for it. Still, I'd go back.
Read moreCompared with the high street shop we used before, ordering through them was much simpler and the prices were a little lower. The radiator arrived on the date they gave, which I was pleased about, though the fitting instructions could have been clearer.

Bought the chrome heated towel rail for the bathroom and it's looked great since it went in. Ordered it on the app in the evening and it turned up two days later, nicely packed.
We were doing up the loft and needed a radiator that would fit under the sloping ceiling, so I looked at three or four places first. Ended up with these because the sizes were easy to find, but the order took a few days to confirm and one of the brackets was missing from the box, which meant a second trip to get the parts sorted. It works fine now.
The panel radiator for the back bedroom arrived boxed up and undamaged, and the fitting instructions were clear enough that my husband got it on the wall in an afternoon. Nothing to complain about really.
What caught my eye first was the slim vertical design, which fits neatly into our narrow kitchen where a standard one would never have. We've had it about five months now and it heats the room well, and I'd happily buy from them again.
Compared with the big online store I usually go to, the radiator came better packed and the colour matched the photos exactly. Took about a week to arrive, which suited us fine.

We had a radiator spring a leak in the hall just before Christmas so we needed a replacement quickly. Ordered on a Monday morning and it was with us by Wednesday, and the chap who fitted it said the quality was really good.

Agadon is a UK company that designs and sells designer radiators for homes, with a focus on contemporary styling that moves radiators away from purely functional heating units. Its range covers a variety of styles, finishes and configurations, allowing customers to choose a radiator that suits both heating needs and the look of a room. The brand sells through its online store, which is where customers browse the collection and place orders.
Agadon's customers are homeowners, interior designers and renovators who want heating that also works as a visible design feature in living spaces.
