the speed is mad

The speed is honestly mad, my gaming ping dropped massively the first day. Sign up was quick and I didn't have to wait ages for anyone. Would definitely go with them again if I move.

got the full fibre plan

Got the full fibre plan a few weeks back and the whole thing was dead simple. The box arrived in the post a couple of days after signing up, with the router and a short setup card. Plugged it in and it connected first go. Speed is the main thing I notice.

much better than the old cable

Compared to the cable I had before, this is a different world, the upload speed alone makes video calls with the office far less choppy. Joining took one evening and there was no chasing for a callback. I've had it about a year and the connection hasn't dropped once.

Still happy after years with them

I have been with them for going on six years now and I have no complaints to speak of. The bills arrive on time and the prices have stayed reasonable compared with the adverts I see on the telly. When I had a fault last winter they booked an engineer within two days. I would say stick with them if you are after something dependable.

needed it for working from my room

Needed faster internet because I've started working from my room and the old connection kept buffering on calls. Signed up on the app and it was pretty quick. Install took a bit longer than they said, still fine though.

Speeds are what they say

Speeds are what they say on the site, I checked on a speed test the first night and was getting close to the full line rate. Took a couple of minutes to sign up on the app. Install was quick and no mess left behind. Solid.

sorted in a day honestly

Really happy with YouFibre, they got me set up in about a week and the speed is spot on. Signing up on the app was dead easy, no faff with paperwork. Only thing is the router took ages to arrive but otherwise fine lol

needed it for uni

Needed proper broadband for my final year because the wifi in the halls kept dropping during lectures. Ordered it through the app and it was fine, took a while to get an install date though, like nearly three weeks. Speed is decent now that it's on. Not bad for the price.

full fibre package for the house

Went for the full fibre package when we moved into the new place. Booking the install took about five minutes on the app and they gave me a slot the next week. The engineer ran the cable neatly along the skirting board and tidied up after. Only niggle is the customer line had a long wait when I rang about the router, but the chat option sorted it.

Bought the router add on

Bought the router add on to get wifi into the back bedroom and it has done the job. Cost a bit extra on top of the plan but it's reasonable. The only thing was the box took an extra day to turn up and the tracking wasn't updated. Otherwise fine.

Not a fan of the wait

Took ages to get my install booked, I was going back and forth on the app for a week before anyone actually confirmed a slot. Once it was booked the engineer was fine. Not a fan of how long it took to sort out.

Compared three providers before choosing

Compared this with two other fibre providers near me and it came out cheaper once the set up fee was taken out. Signing up was simple on the site and the install happened on the date they gave. Streaming in the evening is smooth now, which was the whole point for us.

Best option out of the lot

Stick with YouFibre if you want fibre without the faff. I looked at three other providers before picking them and this came out cheapest for the speed. Signed up online, the install was done on schedule and the speed test has been consistent. Good value all round.

Got the wifi booster too

Got the wifi booster too to cover the upstairs, and it's made a real difference to the signal in the back rooms. The router and booster both came with clear setup steps. I've been a customer for a while now and the speeds have stayed consistent through the evenings.

Way faster than my old one

Compared to my last provider this is miles better, downloads that used to take ages are done in seconds. Signed up on my phone no bother. Totally happy with it so far, my flatmates keep nicking my wifi lol.

Fibre went in quicker than expected

The engineer turned up on the day they said and had the line in within a couple of hours, which I didn't expect at all. Signing up on the site took about ten minutes and the price was what they quoted. Speeds have been steady since, no drop-outs at night like we had with the old provider. Only thing is the router setup instructions could be clearer, but I got there in the end.

needed a faster connection for family

My daughter and her children now live with me, so I needed a faster connection for the lot of them to use at once. I was rather pleased with how the order was handled, the advisor walked me through the options without any pressure. The engineer arrived on the day and was very courteous. The service has been reliable since.

price went up after the first year

The first year was good value, but when the deal ended the monthly price went up a fair bit more than I expected. The speed is still good so I'm sticking with it for now. Setting up the install was easy on the site, and the engineer was on time. Just wish the renewal reminder had been clearer.

Needed something reliable for work

I work from home most days and the connection kept cutting out on my old package, so I needed something dependable. Switched across and the upload speed is what sold me, uploading big files to clients is no longer a pain. Support answered my question about static IP quickly. Happy with it.

better than my last ISP on latency

Having had cable for years, I was sceptical about moving to full fibre, but the latency difference is obvious even for video calls with work. The order went through without the usual back and forth with the sales team. Install was on time and the engineer knew what he was doing with the ONT. Pricing is straightforward with no hidden extras.
