The engineer ran the cable neatly along the skirting board and tidied up after. Only niggle is the customer line had a long wait when I rang about the router, but the chat option sorted it.

The first year was good value, but when the deal ended the monthly price went up a fair bit more than I expected. The speed is still good so I'm sticking with it for now. Setting up the install was easy on the site, and the engineer was on time. Just wish the renewal reminder had been clearer.
