The uptime numbers
The uptime figure they advertise is the first thing I looked at, and so far it has held up over my first three months. I also liked that the bandwidth allowance is spelt out clearly, no hidden caps. Price is reasonable for a UK datacentre. Support answered my question about SSL certificates within the hour, which I thought was decent.

Not worth the money
Not worth it for what you get. The plan looked cheap until I added the extras I needed, then it cost more than I was paying elsewhere. The server did go down twice in the first month and it took a while for anyone to reply to my ticket. I've moved on.

Needed hosting for my shop
I needed somewhere to host my little online shop after my old provider kept going down during busy weekends. Signing up was simple, took about ten minutes, and the control panel is easy enough even though I'm not techy. The site has been up every time I've checked it since I moved over, and the chat support helped me sort my email settings on a Sunday evening. Happy to have made the switch.

I needed a place to put my first proper website up and didn't know where to start. The sign up was easy, though the verification email took ages to arrive. Once in, the setup wizard walked me through things and the site was live the same day.
sign up was quick
Honestly the sign up was dead quick, took me like ten minutes on my phone. The site wanted a few bits of ID and then it was sorted. Only thing is the email confirmation took a bit to land so I was refreshing my inbox like a loon.
