The One Broadband

I had the router they posted out to me, which I was rather concerned about at first given my limited patience with gadgets. It arrived in good order and the instructions were set out sensibly, so I was up and running that same evening. Their helpline staff were patient and I would have no hesitation in continuing with them.

We needed a proper fibre line because I was running video calls all day from the box room and our old ADSL kept dropping out. Signed up through the site, install went smoothly and the speeds have been solid ever since.

I took out the broadband deal and it has stayed just as I signed up for, with no nasty surprises in the post. The router they supplied has been reliable and I've not had to swap it. Their support line answers quickly when I do need them.

Needed a line for our new office in a hurry because the old one got cancelled by the landlord. Got it booked on the app while waiting for a train, and the install was done inside a week which I wasn't expecting. Speeds are fine for the team of six and the invoices come through properly. Only thing I'd flag is that the contract is longer than I'd like, but it's been reliable so far.
