Not worth the money
Not worth it for what you get. The plan looked cheap until I added the extras I needed, then it cost more than I was paying elsewhere. The server did go down twice in the first month and it took a while for anyone to reply to my ticket. I've moved on.

Needed hosting for my shop
I needed somewhere to host my little online shop after my old provider kept going down during busy weekends. Signing up was simple, took about ten minutes, and the control panel is easy enough even though I'm not techy. The site has been up every time I've checked it since I moved over, and the chat support helped me sort my email settings on a Sunday evening. Happy to have made the switch.

Honestly it does the job, nothing more and nothing less. My hosting has been running for about six years now and I've had few problems. The renewal price went up a fair bit this year which I wasn't keen on.
Slow to reply
Had a ticket open for nearly three days before anyone replied about my database, which was annoying. The server itself is fine and it's cheap enough. Once someone did get back to me it got sorted quickly.
