Sunshine Mobile

Got the SIM only plan after comparing three or four providers on price. The unused data rolls over which none of the others offered, and the paperwork was minimal. Works well and no surprises on the bill.

I was grateful that the SIM was activated on the same day I placed my order, which I hadn't expected from a budget provider. The tariff is clear and the costs are as described on the website. The only small niggle was that I had to telephone once to confirm my address, as the online form would not accept my postcode.

the sim came the next day which was mad honestly. set it up on my phone in like five mins, data's fine for insta and maps. only thing is the activation email took a while to come through but whatever

Got the plan with a bit of extra data for a trip abroad and the SIM was in my hand the day after I ordered it. Signing up on my phone during the bus ride home took about three minutes, which was brilliant. Activated it straight away and it's been working perfectly since, so I'd happily go with them again.

Switched over from a big network and it's a lot cheaper than what I was paying before. Compared to the others I checked it felt less faff to get going, though the app is a bit slow sometimes. Data's good so far.

I signed my mum up for a plan and there was a mix up with the payment details, so it took about four days before anyone replied to my message. Once someone did pick it up they were helpful and got it fixed. The price itself is fair for what she needs. It's a shame the first bit was so slow, but the plan works fine now.

Needed a second number urgently for a job I'd just started, and this was the quickest I could sort out on my phone. Ordered the SIM during my lunch break and it turned up the next morning. Got it working in the car park, which I'll take.

I switched from one of the big networks a couple of years back and the difference on the monthly bill was huge, well over half off for roughly the same data. I'd been paying for extras I never used on the old contract, and here you just pick what you need. The app shows how much data I've used each month, which stops any nasty surprises. I've been with them ever since and haven't had a reason to look elsewhere.

I'd say the verdict is that this is a sensible provider for someone like me who doesn't want fuss. The SIM arrived in good time and the monthly plan is clear about what you pay. I did have to ring once for help with the voicemail set up, and the lady I spoke to was very patient. It all works well enough.

Bought the pay as you go SIM to use in my spare phone while I was between jobs. It was cheap to top up and the data lasted me the month. Activation was instant once I put it in.

I was a little worried I would struggle with the sign up but the steps were clear and I managed it on my own. The SIM came through quickly and I put it in my phone that evening without any trouble. Everything has worked well since, and I've had no reason to call anyone.

Honest verdict is I've been with them for about eight years and wouldn't change. The plan has gone up a little over time but still good value. Signal is reliable where I live and the SIM replacement when mine broke came the next morning.

We needed a sim only plan for my husband's work phone after his old contract ended and the employer wanted a separate number, so I went looking. Got it set up in about ten minutes on the app, data is plenty for email and maps, and the number was working the same evening. Nothing to chase, just works.

Needed a new number while my old one was being ported, and I was in a rush so ordered on the site on my lunch. The SIM came the next day, fine, but it wouldn't activate until the evening and I had to restart my phone twice. Works now but it was annoying when I needed it.

Needed something cheap for my little brother's first phone so I didn't have to pay for the big contract. Set it up on the app in about five minutes and the SIM landed the next day. Data's plenty for him and it's simple to top up.

Compared with the other budget providers I looked at, this one turned out to be dearer once the extras were added on. I'd also been told the sign up would be quick, but it took several days and two calls before the SIM was activated. The network coverage at home is patchy compared with what I expected. I'll be keeping an eye on it and may move on at the end of my contract.

I compared four or five sim only providers before picking this one and it came out cheapest for the data I wanted. The plan was about the same as the others but the app was easier to use than some of the rest. Took about two days for the sim to arrive, which was fine. I'd say it's a good choice if you just want a plain plan.

Honestly really good for the price, I'd say it's the best cheap plan going right now. Signed up on the app in a few taps and the SIM came the next day. Nothing to complain about.

The verdict is that the monthly cost is hard to beat for what you get, and I've kept the same plan for well over a year. I bought a SIM only deal for the data I need and it arrived promptly. No hidden fees on the bill that I've spotted, and the rollover on unused data is a nice touch.

I was a bit surprised that the number was live within the hour, given how long the phone queue took the first time I rang them. The sign up on the site was straightforward enough, though I did have to read the terms twice before I was happy. Staff were polite when I did get through, and the plan has been steady since.
