I'd also been told the sign up would be quick, but it took several days and two calls before the SIM was activated. The network coverage at home is patchy compared with what I expected. I'll be keeping an eye on it and may move on at the end of my contract.

The plan was about the same as the others but the app was easier to use than some of the rest. Took about two days for the sim to arrive, which was fine. I'd say it's a good choice if you just want a plain plan.

Once someone did pick it up they were helpful and got it fixed. The price itself is fair for what she needs. It's a shame the first bit was so slow, but the plan works fine now.
Needed a new number while my old one was being ported, and I was in a rush so ordered on the site on my lunch. The SIM came the next day, fine, but it wouldn't activate until the evening and I had to restart my phone twice. Works now but it was annoying when I needed it.
