Go with them if you're deciding between a few providers, they came out on top for me. I looked at three others and the contract terms here were clearer and the price matched what was quoted. Switching over took about ten days and the calls I've made to support have been dealt with quickly.
Got a sim only plan off them when my contract ended. Swapped the sim over in about ten mins and it just worked, no faff. Data's plenty for me and the app is handy for checking how much I've used.
