Compared with the company I was with before, the monthly charge here is noticeably lower and I was pleased with that. The sign up was straightforward and the staff on the phone were patient when I had questions about the contract. My broadband has been steady since the switch and I haven't had to ring them about anything.
Read moreI compared three providers before choosing and this one was the one that dragged the most. The first contract they sent had my address wrong and it took a few emails to get corrected. The broadband speed is about what the others promised but getting the account set up was frustrating and the call handler kept putting me on hold.
Read moreWe went with their SIP trunking package for our small office after comparing four providers. The call quality has been clear from day one, even when three of us are on calls at once. Setup was done by their engineer in an afternoon and the handset config was sorted without us doing much. Monthly invoice is simple to read and the billing portal shows exactly what we've used.
Read moreSwapped my sim over to them. The plan is a bit pricier than the big supermarket one but I get more data so it balances out. Sign up took about ten minutes on my phone. Nothing to complain about.
Compared to the other three I looked at this came out a bit cheaper on the monthly, and it does the same speed. The only thing is the router took a day longer to arrive than they said. Once it was plugged in it's been fine.
I needed a backup phone line for the shop in case the main one dropped, which has happened twice this year. I compared a few providers and the price here was reasonable, though not the cheapest. The activation took longer than I'd like, almost a week, because the number port got held up at the old provider's end. Once it was live it's been reliable and I'd use them again.
The app is the first thing I noticed and it's way better than my old provider's one for checking usage. Had a small issue with the data counter not updating for a day but it sorted itself. Otherwise sorted.
Good enough for what I need, my broadband drops out now and then but it's been fine since the router was swapped. Sign up was quick. Would pick them again.
