JamboSim

Compared it against my usual roaming charges and this came out a fair bit cheaper for the same data. Set up the eSIM ahead of time at home and it just worked when I landed in Madrid. Nothing tricky about it.

Honestly the thing that got me was that I installed the eSIM while standing in the lift at the airport and it just worked, no need for a shop or a card. I'd never used one before so I was a bit nervous but the instructions on the site were clear enough. Data came on as soon as I landed in Lisbon and I've been using maps all week without a single problem. Will keep it for the next trip.

I needed something cheap for a long weekend in Dublin and this was the obvious pick. Paid less than I would have paid for a day of roaming on my normal plan. Ordered it in the morning, it was live that afternoon, and I did not have to do anything clever to get it going.

First time I'd ever used an eSIM and the bit that surprised me was how quick the whole thing was, scanned the code at the gate and had data before the plane even pushed back. Checked the map on the train from the airport and it loaded no bother. Didn't have to hunt for a shop or sort out a physical card, which was the main thing I was dreading.

I needed cheap data for a fortnight in France because I'm over there every summer for work and I was tired of paying my network's roaming rates. I've been using this for about three years now and it has never let me down. It's quick to top up and the prices have stayed about the same. The support team sorted a billing query for me once without any fuss.

Bought the 30 day Europe eSIM to put on my phone before a work trip. Scanned the QR code, activated it on arrival in Lisbon and had signal within a minute. Top up was easy too.

I needed a cheap option for a week in Spain and did not fancy paying my network's roaming rates. The data pack I bought gave good value for the money and the activation was simple enough. Nothing wrong with it for the price.

This does exactly what a travel eSIM should do. I have used a few over the years and the setup here is quick, the data speeds in Germany were fine and the app shows you what is left. Price was sensible for what I got. Recommended it to my brother for his trip too.

Sorted it out before the flight to Barcelona, which is the main reason I went for this. Compared three different travel options and this was the one that did not need a shop visit. Data worked when we landed and the price was fair.

Had a look at what my network charges for roaming and this comes out better. Used it on a trip to Cyprus and the signal was steady, which is more than I can say for the last time I was there. Simple to top up when I needed more.

Compared a few travel sims before choosing this one and it came out well cheaper than what my network was charging for roaming in Spain. Ordered the data pack, got the QR code by email within a few minutes and it went on without fuss. Used it for two weeks and never had to think about it, which is exactly what I wanted from a phone plan on holiday. The top up page is clear too.

The app is clean and does not clutter the screen with adverts, which is the first thing I noticed. Checking my remaining data in Portugal took a couple of taps. Activation was quick and nothing went wrong.
