Honestly the thing that got me was that I installed the eSIM while standing in the lift at the airport and it just worked, no need for a shop or a card. I'd never used one before so I was a bit nervous but the instructions on the site were clear enough. Data came on as soon as I landed in Lisbon and I've been using maps all week without a single problem. Will keep it for the next trip.

Ordered the data pack, got the QR code by email within a few minutes and it went on without fuss. Used it for two weeks and never had to think about it, which is exactly what I wanted from a phone plan on holiday. The top up page is clear too.
