Engineer came but late

The first thing I noticed was how quick it was to book the broadband install on the site, took maybe five minutes. The engineer did turn up but it was about forty minutes past the slot they gave me and nobody rang to say. Otherwise the line's been solid since and the price is what I wanted.

Good plan, small hiccup

Good plan, works well for what I need and the price is decent. Had a small hiccup when the first bill didn't show the right contract date so I had to message them twice. They sorted it in the end and the next bill was correct.

cheaper than the big names

I compared a few providers before picking these and they came out cheaper than the big names for the same data. Took about ten minutes to get set up online. Calls have been clear and I've had no trouble with the connection since.

A bit slow to get through

I needed a new broadband package when my previous contract ended, and the price they offered was sensible. The sign-up itself was straightforward enough, though I did find the online forms a little fiddly. When I rang with a question it took a while to get through to someone, but they were helpful once I did. It's been reliable since.

still with them after years

Still with them after years and I'd stay put. The monthly bill has crept up a little but the line has never dropped out on me, and when I rang once the lad on the phone sorted it there and then.

signed up on my lunch break

I needed a new contract quickly so I signed up on my lunch break and it took about ten minutes. The SIM arrived the next morning and the number moved over with no fuss. Still getting used to the plan but it's been fine so far.

Been with them ages

Been with them ages now and they've never let me down on the line or the bill. I changed my package last spring to a bigger data bundle and the switch took a day, no fuss at all.

mobile router for work trips

The mobile router I use for work trips connects to a 4G signal faster than the one I had before, and the data allowance lasts me the week without me having to top up. Setting the password and the SSID took two minutes with the app, and I've not had to look at the manual once.

the new broadband router

I got their broadband router when I upgraded last year and it's done the job well enough. The setup guide was a bit confusing and I had to look up a video to get the Wi-Fi password sorted. Speeds are steady now and the price is fair for what we use.

needed a reliable line for the house

We needed a dependable broadband line for the house after the old one kept dropping out every evening. I've been with them for years now and it has rarely let us down. When I've rung about a bill query they've always sorted it on the first call, which is more than I can say for some. The engineer who came out to fix a wiring issue was tidy and friendly, and the speed is steady.

Not as cheap as advertised

Compared with the other providers I looked at, this one turned out to be a bit more than I'd hoped once the introductory discount ran out. The switch itself went through without a problem, and the signal at home is decent. I'd have liked the monthly cost to be clearer up front so I'd known what I was signing up for.

The sim and the app

The first thing I used was the SIM, which came in a plain envelope and was activated the same day I ordered. Setting up the app took two minutes and I can see my usage in real time. Honestly the whole thing has been simple from start to finish.

Needed a reliable line

I needed a dependable phone and broadband package after my son set up a new home office for me. The engineer who came out was courteous and explained everything plainly, which I appreciated. The connection has been stable since and the monthly cost is what I was quoted. I'm pleased with the service.

best value I've found

This is the best value I've found for a mobile plan in the UK, and I've tried most of the big names. I know the network coverage side well from working in IT, and their signal in my area holds up better than the rest. Contract terms are clear and there were no surprise charges on my bill. Would switch to them again.

Quicker than my old network

Compared with my old network, the switch to these was far quicker, I was up and running within the hour. The app makes it easy to top up and check the balance, and the signal has been strong at work and at home. Customer messages got a reply the same day when I had a question about roaming.

The mobile router

I bought their 4G mobile router for when we're away in the caravan and it's been brilliant every trip. Plugged it in, it connected straight away and held a decent signal even in the lanes. The battery lasts a good while too, so I don't have to keep it charging all day.

The thing i liked most

What I liked most was that the engineer booked for my broadband install turned up in the window they gave, which I didn't expect. The line was working by the afternoon and the connection has been steady since. I did have to ring about the account details afterwards, and it took a couple of tries to get the right person on the phone.

Sim arrived next day

Honestly the first thing I noticed was the SIM arrived the next morning, which I didn't expect at all. Signing up on my phone was dead easy and the data's been fine so far, no complaints from me.

the mobile data bundle

I went for the mobile data bundle when I was travelling for work and it worked a treat across the whole trip. Signing up was easy, I did it from the app in bed one evening and the bundle was live by the morning. The data stayed on in the places I was worried about, and the top-up process is simple. I'd use them again for any future trips without a second thought.

far easier than my old provider

Compared to my old provider, signing up was a lot quicker, I had a new SIM in the post within a couple of days and the number moved over without me having to chase anyone. The app shows exactly what data I have left each month, which my last lot never did. Only been with them a few weeks but so far it's been painless and the price is what I was promised.
