The engineer who came out for the install had clearly done a few of these before, because he had the cable routed along the skirting and out of the way within the hour. Speed tests on the router have been steady at around what the package promised since day one, even in the evening when the street gets busy. Support on the phone sorted a dodgy line card without me needing to wait for a callback.
