I booked a phone consultation for my back, which has been playing up since the spring. The booking itself was straightforward and I was given a time within the hour. The doctor called on time, was courteous and sensible, and sent a referral letter through to my GP practice afterwards. I'd not have bothered if I'd had to wait weeks for a routine appointment, so it suited me well.

Read moreI would say this is a very good service, and I was pleased with how I was looked after. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns about my knee and I felt properly heard. The only thing I found a little fiddly was the sign-up, as it asked for the same details twice and I had to start again. Otherwise I'd happily use them again when I need to.
The best bit was that I got an appointment for the same day when my own GP was booked up for two weeks. The doctor was nice and listened properly to my anxiety stuff, which I really appreciated. The app is a bit clunky though, it kept logging me out when I tried to upload a photo of the rash. Took me a few tries to get it going. Prescription was fine.
I needed a repeat prescription for my blood pressure tablets and had run out over the weekend. Requested it on the site and the doctor reviewed it fairly quickly. It was approved but the pharmacy took a day longer than they said to get it ready. Still, I didn't have to phone anyone, which was the main thing.
